Beginner program · Curriculum
The program has three connected parts: foundations, bare-hand practice and weapons. You will train movement quality, coordination and power—not simply memorise a sequence.
Build sound movement through core stances, footwork, hand techniques and punches.
Progress towards jumping techniques including Er Qi Jiao and whirlwind kicks, with attention to take-off, rotation and landing.
Train Wubu Quan, Baji Quan Xiao Jia Yi Lu and Shaolin Da Hong Quan, developing rhythm and clean transitions.
Learn staff fundamentals, core nunchaku skills and a Level 1 nunchaku routine.
